We’ve completely redefined the experience at 1165 Broadway. The entrance now consists of a large brand-new lobby and new vertical transportation. Exposed brick walls coupled with marble floors decorate Floors 2-5, uncovering the genuine aesthetic of this landmarked building. At the top is a completely repurposed expansive roof which includes a penthouse accessible from Floor 5, outdoor deck and eco-friendly garden.
